There are three coupling modes for originally invented pipelines, namely thread coupling、flange coupling、electric welding. In practical applications, they all exist Running, Emitting, Driping and Leaking.

Our patent technologies are applied to all kinds of pipes'connecting. Besides the coupling of ordinary pipelines made of various materials, our patent technology also meets the requirement of pipeline coupling under some special conditions:

3)Shrinking and twistable pipe fitting series special for underground pipelines in places where earthquakes always happen and the earthiness changes a lot.

Our patent technologies are applied to various kinds of pipeline projects. For example: tap water & seawater, air conditioning, heating, fire fighting, coal gas, liquid gas, industrial gas, wind power, gasoline, coal oil, diesel oil, etc. It's also applied to industrial pipelines such as chemical plants, pharmaceutical factories, power plants, water purification plants, sewage plants, etc. Furthermore,it is applied to some large-calibre, high temperature & high pressure pipeline projects such as large-scale oil & natural gas pipelines network, large-scale water & oil transmission pipelines network, city underground pipelines network, etc, also the ideal connecting fittings for ships and locomotives.

◆The movable-joint flexible socket joint pipeline coupling technology series and products have been awarded the following titles:
1、As soon as it was invented, it got the Einstein International Technology Invention Award first.
2、Approved by experts and tested by a heating project of 20,000sq.m in Shenyang Yaming Residential District in 2000, it was listed into 《Heating & Sanitary Engineering Construction & Acceptance Specification》by the specification team of the Ministry of Construction.
3、The Senior Education Dept. Teaching Directing Committee asked Hunan University Civil Engineering Academy to compile the technology into the school book of colleges and universities.
4、Approved by Economic & Trade Committee of Liaoning Province and passed the new product identification on Sep.26th, 2000, mass production agreed.

The invention mentioned above is another great contribution of the Chinese nation to the whole human society. We can thoroughly get rid of the pipeline's leakage when using this invention roundly. A human society without leakage will be more beautiful.
Patent Transformation & Technology Mature Degree
During the past four years since 1999, besides designing Yong'an pipe fittings, we've successively organized over 30 social surveys, in which we investigate the relative merits of various pipeline coupling measures, the construction field and application, the market consumption scale relation of pipe fittings of different specifications, the requirement of construction units and the requirement of project owners. Then we integrated them and put them all into the design of our own products to make our products perfect. However we paid the most attention to the transformation of our patented technology, since it will still be just a single paper without practical value if it can't be transformed into an applied technique that can be used in mass production. The key of the patent transformation of Yong'an movable pipe fittings is the special purpose transfer machine which is used to process them. With the help of experts from the unique institute of transfer machines in China, we experienced repeated design, manufacturing model machine, running test and finding defects during the past four years, then at last we successfully developed the mature transfer machine. Up to now we have developed totally 5 series and over 330 types of special-purpose transfer machines. A small-specification pipe fitting could be finished in ten seconds and averagely each machine could produce 1t pipe fittings per day. Compared with ordinary machine tools, ours could reduce the machining expenses by 20 times and improve the processing quality to 100% qualified, all motions controled by PC, without more requirement to handlers. These machines contain relatively high technical content and some patented technologies are kept secret by our company and it's rather difficult for them to be imitated. |
